Will my hosting package be setup straight away?
Yes it will! All our hosting services are setup once payment for the service has been processed. You will receive a welcome email along with the setup, login details for your control panel (cPanel) and Hostme 365 account. From there you can raise a support ticket, view your hosting package details plus much more.
How do I use my website control panel (cPanel)?
There are video tutorials showing you how to use the functions of cPanel. These can be found within cPanel itself or on our Youtube channel. Should you need further assistance just raise a support ticket from your Hostme 365 account.
What if I outgrow my hosting package?
No problem! If you outgrow your current web hosting package you can at any time upgrade or downgrade hosting packages to suit your needs. However, this does not include the small business startup package whereby the hosting package can only be upgraded or downgraded after the initial hosting period has expired.
Will my website be backed up?
A 'Backup Manager' is included in each hosting package and you may use this to back up files to your local computer. We would recommend that you perform local backups as the automated backups are strictly speaking for the purposes of full server restoration and as per our terms. We do not guarantee the availability of our backups.
Can you design my website for me?
If you're looking to get a professional website designed, we recommend that you take a look at our business starter package on the Extras page. We can also build you a larger custom made website according to your specifications. Just email us with your requirements and we will get right back to you with a very competitive quote.
How do I login to my Hostme 365 account?
That one is easy! All you need to do is go to any page on the Hostme 365 website. At the very top of the screen on the right hand corner there is the Customer Login link. Be sure to scroll to the very top of the page!
How do I install Wordpress?
Wordpress can be located from the cPanel control panel. Login to cPanel using the details issued to you in your welcome email and under the Softaculous App Installer you will see the Wordpress logo. Click on the logo for a 1 click install. Simple!
Are there any charges if I want to leave?
We don't like to tie our customers down to unfair and lengthy contracts, so at any time you wish to leave Hostme 365 all you need to do is cancel the service from your Hostme 365 customer account. We also do not charge anything to release your domain name to any other web host. We are so confident in our services and support we believe you wouldn't even want to leave! - Please Note: .co.uk domains issued FREE will need to be re-newed after cancellation of services.
